An identity designed for a specialty coffee brand who purchase the finest coffee beans from all over the world and sell 5 different products originated from Rwanda, Ethiopia, Colombia, Uganda and Panama.
Our aim was to bring awareness to the unfair profit share within the coffee trade while celebrating the origin of where the coffee was grown and produced. We realised this by delving deep into the rich history and culture of each country and recreating a patterns to represent this.
On the packaging a certain % of the surface area is rendered in colour, this represents the average % that the farmer is receiving in the country the beans orignate from. We believe transparency within the industry is vital and will lead to a fairer and more equal trade.
Deliverables included packaging design, flyers, mobile app, posters, tote bag and website.
